PLEASE NOTE:

A valid credit or debit card is required for booking. Your card will be securely vaulted, and will not be charged unless there is a missed appointment.

Services may be booked up until 24 hours prior to the selected time slot.

Appointment reschedules and/or appointment cancellations must occur within 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. Cancellations or reschedules occurring less than 24 hours prior to the appointment time will be charged a $25.00 fee.*

No-call/no-show clients will be charged the full session/service rate plus 18% gratuity for missed appointments.*

*At Azure Swan, we believe everyone’s time is precious. That is why no-call/no-show clients are charged the full price plus 18% gratuity (in case of an emergency, clients may choose to receive a full refund, or to apply the payment toward a future session or service). For cancellations and/or reschedules, the fee will be applied toward a future session or service if the client so desires.
